MindShape
MindShape hosts Joey Braun and Avery Chatman ask everyday people to answer difficult questions about their past traumas. After helping over 80 people share traumatic stories, it's clear that vulnerability is the bridge that connects people. Their goal is to empower their guests and inspire the people who listen to their stories. All the stories told are about trauma, which means episodes will contain life-sensitive content. The listener's discretion is advised.

Episode 5
Arielle is a health coach from California. Arielle grew up a regular kid but throughout her childhood she developed poor eating habits. Back then Arielle had no idea about the impact that food had on our bodies as a whole. Like most people on earth, she was eating everything everyone else ate. As she got older she would develop multiple chronic illnesses that would put her in and out of the hospital and even challenge her own will to live.
